1374 Historical Information

In this section we will review our history - when we were formed, where we came from, notable events & celebrations staff & cadets were involved in over the decades. 1374 history is a narrative recreation of the events that shaped our values and characteristics. From its foundation to the current state of the Squadron, 1374 history includes key events and milestones throughout our existence.

As our new website is launched in June 2022, Flt Lt Chris Pocock Officer Commanding 1374 (East Barnet) has commenced a project to document 1374 key milestones, squadron achievements, ex-cadet successes in their careers and shared memories about your time as a cadet or staff member.

This is where you come in! To make this a living historical narrative, we need your experiences, photographs, stories to add to the timeline being created on our new website. Dig deep in your archives or photo boxes & forward your experiences to the Squadron Adjutant via adj.1374@rafac.mod.gov.uk - as part of the cadets progressive training & DofE Volunteering section, this information will be reviewed and uploaded to this historical section of our website.

Thanking you in advance for your help & support to this project...
